Welcome to GiftznMoney. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. GiftznMoney provides a platform for the purchase of digital gift cards issued by third-party brands. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and any future updates.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including the selected brand, denomination, recipient information, email address and mobile number, are correct before placing an order. Once a digital gift card has been successfully issued or delivered, modifications may not be possible. GiftznMoney reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, payment irregularities, promotional abuse, pricing errors or technical issues.

GiftznMoney acts only as a facilitator. Redemption, validity, expiry, usage restrictions, balance checks, cancellation, replacement or revalidation of gift cards are governed by the issuing brand's policies. Any request for cancellation, refund or replacement is subject to the approval of the respective brand. GiftznMoney cannot independently approve such requests where the issuer does not permit them.

While we aim to resolve support requests promptly, standard cases are generally resolved within 5–7 business days. Matters requiring investigation by payment gateways, issuing brands or other partners may take longer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiftznMoney's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the courts of Maharashtra.
